Never received my item, was told it was shipping and June 2nd and it’s now 17 days later and was never brought to the post office. I never got any responses back from the owner. Ended up having to open a case with Etsy to Get a refund. Very disappointed that I ordered this well in advance and now I don’t have the time to order something else.

I recently received my order of two pairs of ice skate booties and loved them! They are exactly as described and just the thing for babies of two different hockey-living nieces. There was a problem with an initial shipment getting lost in the mail but once I notified Steph she responded quickly. She made two more pairs and I had them to me in a week. Can’t wait to see the reactions they bring!

I still have not received this item and am getting a bit concerned. Tracking the package is telling me it shipped from Warsaw, MI on May 18th. No more information as to where this package is now. 😕

My daughter LOVES her new unicorn. Steph even made the tail and mane the exact color we requested. Blue and pink are my daughters favorite colors, so this was perfect. Definitely well worth the wait <3

Never received this item

The item looks amazing online but I never received it at all despite ordering it in mid-November for my 12/17 due date. I was forced to reschedule photos twice (which cost money to change) and the owner told me on 12/16 that she would fix it by upgrading my shipping to help expedite it. By January 2nd, I still did not have the item, and then the owner refused to respond to any of my messages asking for a status update nor provide me any update at all or apology. I finally was forced to accept it wouldn’t be arriving for our newborn pictures - which was devastating since I bought it for our son to wear for the newborn photos in honor of my late grandfather (a navy sailor and then namesake of our son who was just born). And I had to open a case and even though I still asked for the item - the seller just refunded me instead.

The item wasn’t ready to ship in time, was a little delayed, and then it wasn’t put in the mail until over a week after I was told it was shipped. Took over a month to get after ordering which was disappointing. The item was nice and as expected just unfortunate it didn’t come in time.

Received orders in the past no issues. Not sure what is going on. Ordered early November and reached out twice with no answer. Was given shipping notice but nothing was ever shipped. Had to file a claim. Just a shame because the items were good when she actually sent them. Would have atleast liked a reply

I ordered this product almost 2 months ago and it has not arrived. The tracking number provided stated the product hasn’t even been received by any facility yet. The seller has not communicated with me after I’ve attempted to contact her. Disappointed and would not order here again.
