4 out of 5 starsIt shipped on time but arrived broken (I suppose that can happen w/ fragile items). Although I could not get the replacement until after Christmas, the situation was handled to my satisfaction. I like the look of the item very much, but I will buy a teapot of higher quality next time, perhaps china. I an disappointed in the weight of the product; I expected it to be much heavier and sturdier.

4 out of 5 starsNice little bowls. What I loved was that we could get to have a message written on the bottom of the bowls. That makes them unique and special. I liked the colors which are nice and slightly shiny but not too strong.

1 out of 5 starsSince they only show the sides of the micro tiny plates, you don't get an honest clear idea of how unusable these plates are for desserts or appetizers. My recommendation is that you search for something more adult appropriate, and real-size plates!

All our packages will be shipped with Post NL, the Dutch post services.
Packages within the Netherlands will automatically be shipped with a tracking number (no insurance).
Because we ship fragile products, we have chosen to only ship with registered mail. this way, the package is also insured.
You can choose to ship without a tracking number or registered mail. If you choose for this option, it will not be possible to follow your package. Any losses or damages will be for the buyers risk.
It is also possible to choose express shipping.
Please note that we always do everything in our power to wrap your package careful, to make sure it arrives safely. If something goes wrong and you item breaks, please let us know right after you received the package, so we can claim insurance and send you a new item.
