Payment
♥ Storyland Vintage only accepts payment via Paypal.
♥ If you'd like to put an item on hold for a few days, send a convo on the item's page.
Shipping
♥ Storyland Vintage ships Monday-Friday, and usually next business day unless there is a special notice in the shop announcement. If you need it even faster please send a convo for arrangements!
♥ Please ensure your "ship to" address at Paypal is the one you want your purchase sent to, I will ONLY ship to that address. In the event an order is returned to sender because of a mistake in the shipping address listed the customer is responsible for the amount to re-ship it.
♥ Shipping rates are calculated from USPS and I do not charge any additional fees for handling. In the event of a shipping overcharge I will refund the difference if it amounts to $1 or more(this happens usually with multiple item orders or if a customer lives close to NY state).
♥ Domestic Customers ♥
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and take 2-3 days through the mail. A tracking code will be sent to your email from Paypal when I am about to ship your order. Please save this email so you can check the status of your shipment!
♥ International Customers ♥
Yes we will ship to where you live! International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International and should take 4-6 days through the mail. Please be aware that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, I do NOT and will not mark items as "gift."
- Sorry, but I am only able to ship 5 items at a time to international customers as per Priority mail rules.
♥ First Class shipping ♥
Your order may qualify for first class shipping domestic or international if your order total is under $30, you are not purchasing a fragile item, if you have a confirmed shipping address at Paypal and if you have 10 or more positive feedbacks and no negative feedback. If you would like this rate, please purchase like normal and send a convo right after that you would like this rate instead. Delivery Confirmation is a mandatory additional charge for domestic First Class packages. Please also understand that First Class takes longer to deliver than Priority. I won't know how much First Class shipping will cost until I go to the post office after which I will send a shipping refund for the difference. I can also scan the receipt I receive at your request.
♥ Ordering a few items? ♥
Shipping will be totaled automatically at checkout. Domestically for each additional item purchased $1 extra is automatically added to the highest shipping amount, for international purchases it is $2. I will put all your items in the most economical package and will refund you via Paypal if there is a shipping overcharge of over $1. If you are ordering a few large items, please send a convo for a combined shipping rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, returns/exchanges will not be accepted for fit or color issues. Please read an items description, measurements & details thoroughly before placing an order and ask any questions prior to purchase. Vintage items are used and should not be expected to be in new or mint condition, minor flaws are to be expected, please do not purchase if this is a problem. A return/exchange will only be granted in the event an item arrived in a condition entirely different than represented. In the event that occurs or there is a problem with your order please send an email within 48 hours of receiving the item to resolve a problem before leaving negative feedback.

♥ Clothing Condition ♥
At Storyland Vintage we sell 100% vintage items. Since the items are old they cannot be expected to be in new condition as they have probably been used/worn and experienced wear at some point. Any noticeable flaws will be noted in an items description, however sometimes minor flaws may be overlooked. If you'd like me to scan an item again for flaws before making a purchase, please send a convo. Items are rated by condition on each item page and they are defined in the chart below:
EXCELLENT: A fantastic find, near perfect!
GREAT: A couple flaws or signs of wear that do not retract from the piece.
GOOD: A few flaws that may be noticeable, may be able to be repaired and cleaned.
FAIR: A study piece, too cool to trash but probably not good enough to wear without some work.
♥ Sizing ♥
The approximate sizes are based on the following size chart:
EXTRA SMALL: Bust 32", Waist 24"
SMALL: Bust 33-34", Waist 25-26"
MEDIUM: Bust 35-36", Waist 27-28"
LARGE: Bust 37-38", Waist 29-30"
EXTRA LARGE/PLUS SIZE: Bust 39+", Waist 31+"
Clothing may be clipped on model to show how they would look on the suitable size so please read measurements carefully.

Belts and accessories are NOT included with the item unless stated on the items page.
♥ Cancellation ♥
I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason including but not limited to a customers feedback rating.
