**My website is still opened for business** All orders placed before February 6th will be shipped out as soon as possible. Orders placed February 6th - and after will be shipped on March 15th onward.
Sorry for the extended closing time (originally was going to open on January 20th). My whole entire family is sick. And I will be out of town so I just didn't want to stress out about orders on my trip.
All orders from Late November to Early January have already been shipped. And due to all of the shipping services having major supply chain issues this holiday season, many packages were delayed and some were lost.
If you have been experiencing shipping problems with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help you to recover the package. Most customers did not purchase insurance so it will be harder to trace down missing and delayed packages. And customers who did purchase insurance, we are at the mercy of the insurance company. They are slow to process claims due to so many claims being filed during this period. And insurance were purchased in the buyers' names so any compensation is directly given to the buyer not through me. I only help you to file the paperwork.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Many international customers have experienced delays too due to shipping companies slowness and customs processing in the receiving countries. Italy, France, Australia, Spain, and Germany have all experienced major customs delays. Italy is the worse. If you are an international customer and are experiencing delays, and you live in one of the countries above, you are most likely experiencing delays in shipment due to customs holding onto your package for inspection. So please be patience while customs do their job. They are the government so no one can control them and they do not report to any shipping companies or to me or you. The post office is estimating international shipping between the periods of later November 2013 to Early January 2014 to experience shipping delays of up to 4 weeks normally. And up to 60 days in some countries like Italy. So please be patience while your package is in transit and have to go through customs.
