5 out of 5 starsThere don't seem to be many people making these with actual gears and not just pictures, so I absolutely love these. Each piece is a little different, and it's very obvious in-person that the gears aren't pictures--they catch the light individually. Very beautiful. Love them.

My friend is going to be sooooo happy! Thank you Ashley! The horse pendants and puppy pendants you have painted are awesome, too. I will be calling you for future gifts! You are a wonderful artist!

1 out of 5 starsIt took several weeks to get this item, and it looks nothing like the picture. It is very yellow, and the chain is not a vibrant as the picture advertised. Plus, the communication was very unprofessional. I sent 2 messages, and after 1 week the excuse was that she was camping and didn't receive my message. I am embarrassed that this is a gift I need to give to a dear lady who volunteers at my school.

I understand the disappointment of not getting a quality product, so right away I offered the customer a full refund and proposed to send her a new one for free. In an effort to get the pendant out on time I used a different resin that dried faster but should have remained clear. I learned to never use this resin again. This is a one time incident as easily seen from my other reviews. Each pendant is unique and gears will have different placement from piece to piece, but clarity of the resin is something that should never change. I can promise that quality will be met in the future by putting my shop on vacation mode. As my business grows and orders are coming in more regularly it is not plausible to leave my shop open when I am away. I would never want such an unprofessional performance to reflect my work.

5 out of 5 starsI really loved it when I got it. I had told the artist I was ordering it for myself for Mother's Day. Because it's handmade (and I didn't order it in time), I knew I wasn't going to get it on that day. But I got it not long after, beautifully packaged and with a lovely card about mothers. I'm not a big jewelry person, but I'll for sure keep it this artist and others on Etsy in mind when I have a nice gift to buy.
