If you see a hand painted wood sign you like but are not pleased with the colors we can change them for you and we have fonts available to search through to fit your style.

We only use select grade pine and cedar. So if you're looking for quality then you have found the right sign shop. .

Note: If purchasing outside the United States: Any International Shipping Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Nested in our cabin in the North Georgia Mountains we create beautiful Handcrafted Rustic Signs and also offer other affordable home decor that would look great in any home.

If your looking for the perfect gift or if you have that special space on the wall inside or out to accent, then you have reached the right site for something different with our affordable Handcrafted signs.

We use various types of wood and all of our wood products are handcrafted and hand painted. No fancy machines here!!

Shipping

NOTE: If I do not have your Country listed for shipping please contact us, we will ship anywhere.
Please note that ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES in addition to the postage paid are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We want you to be able to afford and enjoy our products at as little cost to you as possible, therefore we have made the postage as reasonable as the United States Postal Service would allow us. There is a minimum charge of 9.50 on most order unless otherwise noted in the shipping section of the item your purchasing.

Most items are shipped by US Postal Service and FedEx. After receipt of payment for all items ordered it will be shipped between 2 and 5 business days. However, because our products are handcrafted, shipping time may vary according to the time of year, inventory, and number of orders we are working on. It may take possibly 2 to 4 weeks during our busy season.

You can purchase insurance for your shipment for $2.15 which covers up to $50 in value.
Just add SHIPPING INSURANCE to your order, located in the SECTIONS menu of the shop, if you would like your purchase insured.


USA orders:
You pay shipping costs plus optional insurance.
I prefer to ship United Postal Service or FedEX. If you have other preferences please tell me before you send your payment. Also let me know if you are doing multiple purchases so we can simplify things and save money on postage.
Note: If you live in a 80000 or 90000 zip code zone there could be additional postage due to the fact the the USPS considers this across country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Since it's hard to set an exact price for international shipping due to the variety of our products (weight and size) I will be charging a minimum rate beginning at $13.00 unless otherwise noted in the shipping charge section of the order. That is the only way I can continue to offer my products around the world. If the shipping is more than you expected, I will let you cancel your order, no questions asked. If there are any International Shipping Fees it will be the Buyers responsibility to pay the Fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Suches Crafts will refund and or replace any of our products if damaged in delivery. Please notify us within 1 and 5 days after receipt of your product so arrangements can be made for refund or replacement.

If for any reason you are displeased with our product or our service, please allow us the opportunity to correct the problem. We value our good reputation and service, so again, if you are displeased please notify us first prior to leaving feedback for our shop.

If you decide to return the item to Suches Crafts it will be at the buyers expense (shipping) to return product (in new condition) for a full refund. We will also be happy to exchange your product for a different product at buyers expense (shipping).
There are no refunds on custom orders unless the item has been damaged in shipping or Suches Crafts created an error. At that point it will be your choice to have a new item made or we will give you a full refund including shipping.

If it is necessary for you to return an item we request that the packaging be just as you received it otherwise damage can occur during shipping.

No refund or exchanges to buyer until Suches Crafts product is received from buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

On all custom orders, payment is due in advance. A draft will be done for your approval prior to making the sign. Please make sure that when you receive your draft that you check for any error's.

On all outdoor signs. Suches Crafts will guarantee our work for up to 6 months from the date of delivery. Although our boards are primed and sealed we can not be responsible for weather beating and wearing on the signs from over exposure. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to maintain the sign once it's in recipients possession. Feel free to contact Suches Crafts if you would like to know the types of sealers we use for your future use.
