RETURNS: Please contact me prior to sending a return. I accept returns up to 7 days after purchase. I will refund the purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs (IF ANY) and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same type packaging that was sent to you.

USPS SHIPPING FEES WERE INCREASED AGAIN IN 2023, with the highest increase for SMALL/THICK Envelopes, ranging between 1-9 ounces. This size and weight is the most frequently used by sellers of beads & jewelry findings. Because most of my customers purchase only one or two items per order, I will be increasing the cost of the first item to $4.95. I have not changed my shipping fees since 2018, even though the USPS increases fees annually in January.

Shipping fees also include the cost of bubble envelopes, gift boxes, bubble wrap, labels, ink and tape.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES ARE HIGH AND ENTAIL AN IN-PERSON TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE AND THE COMPLETION OF CUSTOMS FORMS. IT IS NO LONGER FEASIBLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

ITEMS SHIPPED via FIRST CLASS MAIL within the USA have the recommended option to be insured against loss or theft by the USPS. Please contact me about the weight and size of your purchase. I will then add in the insurance cost and shipping charges. I am not liable for any package that is designated as shipped and received by the USPS or from the the buyer as designated by the delivery tracking information.
