Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns and/or exchanges will not be issued or accepted for any reason.

All products available are delicate and may occasionally crack or break in transit. All orders are carefully packaged and include ice packs to ensure no damage in transit. No refunds or replacements will be issued for damaged products.

Sugarpop Bakeshop is not responsible for shipments left in a hot mailbox or porch, subsequently being exposed to high temperatures for any period of time. It is imperative to be available to receive your order. All packages are tracked and timestamped, so such occurrences will be evident. As a result refunds and/or replacements will not be issued.

✭During warm weather months, please be sure to ship to an address where you will be available for delivery. Keep track of your shipment and bring it inside to a cool, dry environment as soon as it arrives.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, color variations are to be expected and as a result, no refunds or replacements will be issued for difference of color. Please allow for variations in color as compared to product listing photos and/or previous orders.

All orders ship via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation.

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation, therefore shipments marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer are not the responsibility of Sugarpop Bakeshop. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

I make everything fresh when you order, so please allow 7-10 business days(sometimes sooner) for your order to ship. Shipments will go out Monday thru Wednesday only. The estimated delivery date is the purchase date + processing time (7-10 business days or sooner) + shipping time. Once an order ships, it is no longer under my control. Delays in transit are always possible. Therefore, I can never guarantee delivery before or by a specific date. Please keep in mind that I have the same tracking information you have. If your order is delayed, please be patient.

During checkout please be sure to confirm that the shipping address you are entering is current and correct. Your order will ship to the exact address you have entered. Shipping labels are automatically generated, addresses do not get entered manually upon shipping, completely eliminating the possibility of errors on my end. Therefore, I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or outdated address.
