Please note our current turn around time to make sure we can fill your order in time for your event. If you need something quicker, please convo us to see if we can fit you in before you place your order. Things do change on a daily basis, so the schedule may open a bit ;) Depending on our schedule, we also offer a limited amount of *Rush Orders* which are subject to an additional fee.

All of our items are made with care from a pet and smoke free home.

We ship via USPS priority mail and provide tracking so that your packages arrive safely and within 2-3 days of shipping. Please do note however that sometimes things do get delayed with the USPS. In order to avoid any late delieveries, please order as much in advance as possible.

Please include party date when placing orders, we want to make sure you get your items with plenty of time before your party.

Also, if you are making any custom requests, PLEASE be very specific or even better, contact us so we make sure to get it right. We really want you to be 100% happy with your items!

Please feel free to contact us if you are concerned about time, we are happy to give you a quote on specific wait times. If you need your items quicker, please contact us and we can do our best to fit your needs. Rush orders may be able to be done at an additional fee.

We love doing custom orders, so if you don't see what you're looking for in our listings, please convo us! We have many other themes, colors and decorations to choose from! We love making Sweet Party Packages, convo us to get started with yours!
