I have a full time job along with my Etsy Shop and a family. The shop is closed most Friday’s, all Saturdays, Sundays and all Holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend and holidays will not begin production until the following business day.

Can you send me an example of what my design will look like?
The majority of our personalized products include a digital proof of your design. Once you place your order, we will send a proof to you within 2-5 business days for your approval to be sure it is exactly as you'd like. If the product you are purchasing states a proof is not included, please make a note during checkout requesting a proof.
What type of shipping service is used for FREE shipping?
For the majority of our items your product will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, some of our heavier items (golf balls, signs, wine stoppers) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Can I ship this as a gift and include a gift message?
Yes, during checkout you will see a box to include a gift message to your recipient. We do not include any receipts or prices with your order.
Do you offer Rush Services?
Yes, we do offer rush services for an additional $25. Please contact us to assure we are able to meet your deadline.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
No, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Etsy calculates a rough estimate of the delivery date during checkout, but we have no control over when USPS will deliver your package. We will ship in the production window shown on the listing, and tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive on time due to delays in transit with USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you would like to upgrade your shipping speed, please contact us.
