Welcome
Welcome to Sweet Trash Vintage Clothing's online Etsy store.
Our "brick and mortar" store is located at 22 Metcalfe Street in the lovely town of Elora, Ontario. Due to popular request by our out-ot-town customers, we are pleased to add this "on-line" version of our store, showcasing some of our treasures.

Payment
Please pay for your item(s) within 5 days of purchase. If we have not received payment within 5 days, the item will be relisted.
I accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and money orders, but please note that items will not be shipped until your payment clears.
If you wish to pick up your item at our store, please contact us at 519-846-0333 to arrange.
Shipping
Please allow at least 2 business days for your item to be shipped after payment is received. This may be subject to change depending on volume and/or holidays, so please pay attention to the shop announcements and read the item listing carefully.
****WE SHIP FROM CANADA****
We do try to quote our shipping fees as accurately as possible.
RATE REFUND: If the shipping fees for your item end up being significantly less than you paid for (more than $3.00), we will refund you the difference through Paypal. If you did not pay through Paypal, we cannot give you a refund.
US BUYERS please note that orders to the United States typically (but not always) take anywhere between 5-15 business days, with the possibility of going through random content checks at customs. Customs can delay shipments. Please contact me for a quote if you need expedited shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note that in most cases items are shipped surface, which may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please contact us for a quote if you need quicker shipping.
TRACKING and INSURANCE are not included in the shipping costs. Please advise if you would like to purchase either.
Any CUSTOMS fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and your own responsibility to pay.
DELAYED OR LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS: Once an item is sent, we can not be held responsible for how long it takes to arrive or it not arriving at all. In the case that an item fails to arrive, please let us know!
GIFTS: Please let us know if your order is a gift, as we always include the invoice if not instructed otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. It is our goal to make your transaction a positive experience!
Items can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of you receiving the item, however, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.
