PLEASE NOTE: current Turn Around Time (TAT) is 21 - 28 business days as all purchases are freshly made in the order I receive them. TAT fluctuates with the amount of open orders. While I try to make your items as fast as possible, please understand that baking and sculpting is time consuming. Before ordering, please review my Shop Policies. All items are Made to Order - I bake or sculpt all purchases once payment is received so your items are as fresh as possible.

All items are freshly made in a PET FREE and SMOKE FREE environment. If you find that your package arrives indicating otherwise, please contact the USPS IMMEDIATELY as this is indicative of actions taken by them. Unfortunately, we have found that many mailcarriers smoke near packages.

If you have a custom request, feel free to send me a convo using the "Contact" link under Shop Owner at the left to see if your request is possible. While I try to accommodate all needs, please note that some requests may not be possible due to logistics or time constraints.

If you have a last minute order, please message me before purchasing. Rush fees do apply based on the urgency of your request. Please understand that I may not be able to accommodate all instances due to time and materials.

With the ever-increasing problems and pricing with USPS, please note shipping pricing may change without notice to compensate for increased pricing. I am more than happy to change any listing to include upgraded shipping, added insurance, or the like if you want to purchase them.
