We accepts payments via PayPal. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Any incomplete payments will result in order cancellation.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - We normally ship priority mail via USPS on Monday. Delivery confirmation is usually included in the cost of shipping and insurance is available upon request, and certainly recommended. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. Combined shipping is available to save you money on multiple purchases! If we have overestimated shipping we will send refunds in amounts over $1.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Prices are quoted for USPS International First Class Mail. Packages should arrive in 1-2 weeks. First Class is the most economical method of shipping but does not have tracking or insurance. Once we ship your package we have no further information about it's whereabouts. We are not responsible for late or missing packages. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or would like to purchase shipping insurance please let us know and we'll send you an estimate for the added costs.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! we will gladly accept returns. Items must be postmarked within 4 business days of original receipt for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items MUST be in the original condition in which they were sent. We are not responsible for shipping or lost items. REFUNDS will be given only if we have made a significant error in the listing. If you are unhappy with the way an item fits or have other issues with your purchase, please send an email stating why you would like a return and we contact you regarding next steps.
