* I send all products via recorded or signed for delivery to ensure safe delivery unless otherwise stated. Drawings and photos will either be sent rolled in a postal tube with the drawing protected in a plastic sleeve, or it will be sent flat between hard non flexible material.
Other products will be sent appropriately, and may come directly from the printers if a photography item or print.
When will your item be shipped after your purchase?

I will ship your item within 3 business days and send you an Etsy conversation when it's done. Please do bear in mind it can take a few days for an item to be printed, so that may add to delivery time.
How much time will it take for your item to arrive in your letter box/local post office?

Delivery is normally 24-48 hours in the UK, 3-5 days for mainland Europe, and 5-10 days for the rest of the world. Those delays might be longer, especially in countries with strict custom controls such as the USA.
What shipping address will be used?

I'll always ship to your Etsy address.
If you wish the item to be shipped to an address different from your Etsy one (if you make a present to someone, for instance), please let me know *before* the purchase.
