The "best time" to order is approx 2 weeks before your need by date, or as soon as you prefer to.

Please note that for weekend events, orders must be placed by NOON the PRIOR Friday. Orders placed after this for the upcoming weekend may not arrive in time unless Express mail is used. Please convo me first if you have a last minute order to see if it can be made and shipped in time for your event.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

When to Order?

- If your order is for a design currently offered, then two 2 weeks ahead of your need by date is ideal. I will hold your order and then bake it just before it ships so that it is as fresh as possible and you do not need to freeze the cookies.


Need a Quantity Different Than What's Listed?

- No problem, just convo me and I will set up a listing just for you. Please include the quantity you desire, your zip code and need by date.


Do You Take Custom Orders?

- New designs are really fun to create but can take a lot of time. I will try to be accommodating, but it really depends on my current schedule. Custom orders typically start at $3.00. Number of colors, personalization, size and level of detail all affect the price.
