Two Sweet Cakes will be closed for vacation June 1 through the 10th. Orders placed after May 29th will not ship until June 12. Please contact me if you are placing an order that requires delivery by 6/10.

♦ CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME as of 5/2/2013: Due to demand all orders are now taking about 7-10 business days (M-F) to complete. All items are handmade and therefore require a certain amount of time to create. Orders are prioritized based upon the date of purchase, order size, and the date needed. I ask that all customers enter the date that their items are needed. This ensures that you receive your items on time. If a date is not entered or not sent to me via convo your over will be completed as it fits in the production schedule. This means it may take longer than 7-10 days.

♦ RUSH ORDERS or orders needed within 7-10 days are no longer accepted. No exceptions. Any order that is needed prior to the 7-10 day lead time will be canceled and a refund issued. Thank you for your understanding.

♦ CUSTOM ORDERS - Payment for a custom order is expected within 3 days of the listing unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. After 37 days the listing will be canceled.

In fairness to other customers that have placed orders (and my sanity) I do not start an order until payment is received. This means that if I list a custom order and the customer needs it by "X" date and the customer pays for it a few days prior to that dater....the order will likely be canceled as I do not have the flexibility to expedite the order.

♦ All fondant pearls are sold in quantities of 100 pearls per size/per color. I am no longer offering smaller amount or mixing the sizes or colors unless provided within an existing listing. Thank you for your understanding.

♦ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I can ship internationally. Please contact me for a shipping quote. Items shipped USPS first class may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Priority may take 12+ days. Customs in the US or within the destination country can impact delivery times greatly and I do not have any control over this. Any country specific surchages or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
