==ABOUT YOUR TawniRenee BAG
* All our bags are constructed with 3 to 5 layers, including fabrics and interfacing and depending on the style and effect desired.
* All stress points are double and triple reinforced.
* Handles are made of four layers of fabric plus interfacing.
* Good quality fabrics are always used.
* Special attention is given to detail and construction to guarantee our customer a stylish and durable product.
* 100% cotton fabrics may be spot cleaned with a mild detergent for light soil and steam ironed. Machine washing is not recommended. When ironing we recommend using a pressing cloth to protect the surface of the fabric. Dry clean for heavy soil.
*All handbags have been sprayed with a fabric protector.
*All items are designed and made in a smoke free, pet free studio.
Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal only. Having an account is not necessary. You may simply use PayPal to process your major credit card payment.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be re-listed.
Shipping
I am always happy to combine shipping.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your bag to be shipped, after payment has been received.
I will try to keep shipping costs as low as I can. Let me know if you need items faster and we can work something out.
Refunds and Exchanges
= TawniRenee handles returns on a case by case basis.
If you feel you received something different than what you ordered, or if something goes terribly wrong, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of item and we will try to make things right.
= TawniRenee does not grant refunds for simply not liking what you purchased. Every effort is made to represent our items as accurately as possible through pictures and descriptions. Before purchasing, please read descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have. I am always available for questions. Should a refund be agreed upon, this refund will be granted for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and minus a 10% restocking fee to cover charges.
