Gosh, I am glad that you are the kind of person to take a minute and look at the shop policies! I want to make sure that you and I understand each other, because I hate it when people get disappointed.
If you have any policies that I should know about, please send me a message. I love getting messages.
I accept both paypal AND credit cards.
It's a small price to pay to live in the great state of Texas: I'm sorry Texans, but etsy will add 8.25% sales tax to any orders shipping from me to the Lone Star state.
My usual shipping policy: "I know that you are excited about getting what you have ordered, so I usually try to ship existing stock in 1-3 business days." During December, I knock myself out to keep that down to 24 hours. Contact me for expedited shipping costs: 830 is my area code, 377 then 3920 is my cell number. (I have to write it this way to fool the bots that are out there searching for phone numbers to abuse!)
If an item needs to be printed, it could take a day or so longer. Just because etsy uses the phrase "1 in stock" it does NOT mean that it has already been printed!
If you are on a tight schedule please tell me your timing needs- I'll do my best to meet them.
All orders over $85 include insurance. Shipments of any size to Italy will require you to purchase additional insurance: contact me and I will post if for you. Most claims may be filed if package does not arrive in 45 days (US = 21 days, Italy = 60 days)
INTERNATIONAL customers You are responsible for any customs fees.
I will gladly ship to any US military address.
For legal and insurance reasons, I do not ship to Afghanistan, Angola, Balkans, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Zimbabwe.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love the artwork you recieve.
If it does not look the way you thought it would, carefully pack it up and return it to me. When I recieve it in sellable condition I will refund your purchase price, minus shipping.
I can't always replace damaged or lost products exactly, because many are one of a kind originals, but contact me if you find yourself in this situation and we will work something out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Privacy: I hate spam too! Therefore, I will not sell or share your name, address, email address or any other personal information that I may recieve. Not even with my mother!
Mailing list: I have one, but use it very rarely and ONLY after I receive your specific permission to put you on it. And if you are on it and decide that you do not want to get a Christmas card from me anymore, just let me know and I will change your status to "no-mail".
