Business Hours

Although we are an online store, we operate between E.S.T. hours. We can be contacted outside these hours, but we may respond within the mentioned hours only.
M–F: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
Sat/Sun: Closed to catch up with orders.
We ALWAYS try to be there for emergencies.

Sizing details

All sizes are clearly stated in the shop listings. All framed maps will be 2 inches more all around. Please ask if there is any doubt.

Our T-shirts are printed as we get orders and NO return or exchanges can be made unless they arrive damaged. Sizes run small, so please order up when in doubt.

EU Buyers/International Buyers

International Shipping Takes longer than domestic and it is hard to give exact number of days.

We do NOT ACCEPT returns, especially of personalized and custom products. This includes the EU orders. EU buyers cannot return orders that are custom made for them. Each of my products are custom printed per order so I do not accept returns unless it arrives damaged. I will then require proof with photograph to see the damage.

AK and HI States Shipping

AK and Hi shipping is additional and we will be in touch with you to charge you an additional invoice. This is especially true for larger items like maps, framed maps. If we feel your items cannot be shipped to HI or AK we will get in touch with you about finding a solution. Please note: we cannot guarantee shipping times or shipping estimates. To avoid confusion we would like to state that our free shipping is for the domestic USA only and excludes PR, AK, and HI.

Canceling, changing and No response

If you want to cancel your order and are within the cancellation time of 24 hours we will happily refund 100% of your order.

No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours.

Custom orders that have been made for the customer are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. If your order did not reach on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

RETURNS

We do NOT ACCEPT returns unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error from our side. Each of my products is printed after we get an order so I do not accept returns unless it arrives damaged. I will then require proof with a photograph to see the damage.

The order I got was incorrect, what do I do?

We will do everything to correct it if the mistake was made from our side. It is very important to let us know within 72 hours of getting the order if it is incorrect. Getting in touch with us weeks later will not be accepted as we delete files frequently and won't be able to replace or refund orders.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, we will do everything to replace it or refund if needed. We just need 2-3 picture to show us the damage. Close-up images will be needed.

PROOFS

We send proofs ONLY for our Atlas maps, and few other listings that are complex.

We do NOT send proofs to avoid production delays for most other listings.
Please make sure to check all spellings of the names provided.

We will print them the way it is provided.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided if there was an error in the names provided by the buyer. We always take care of errors if it was on our part.
