I'm in the middle of changing webstore service providers *groan* because I had a glitch in my checkout that was intermittent, and the tech people told me to "just not worry about - they'd get to it." However, after three months people were still losing their carts here and there or their address wasn't valid with PayPal. Not acceptable to me, so I got a new provider. However, I have to rebuild my store.
