**SHOP UPDATE**
I will be CLOSING my Etsy shop for the summer. The last day to place an order is May 24th. I will have every single order shipped out by June 11th. Please understand that I sew every single purse and diaper bag myself. I honestly work every single day. I also sew all day and then again once my girls are in bed until 1:30-3am almost every week night. I am trying to my best to catch back up to a two week ship time so I've hired a helper who will start next week. I do hope this will help get my times back down to what should be expected. Each of you are appreciated, I promise. :)

I just received another convo saying I was sent an email and was ignored. Please, please, please send allllll communications through convo's on Etsy. I do not get all emails.... they fall in the cracks and many go to spam. Convo's are the very best way and I ALWAYS respond within minutes or at least same day. I honestly work hard and returning questions as soon as they are asked and would hate more than anything for someone to think I'm ignoring them. Below is another message asking to send all communications through convo's.... it's imperative. Thanks so much!! :)

each purse has 22 pieces that I have to cut out and sew together... each takes a good while to make!) . I am very picky about my sewing and I hope you will notice once you receive your order. This summer..... I was blessed with having more than TWICE the amount of orders than I usually get. I'm doing my very best and promise to get these to each of you as quickly as possible. ** FAQ **

1. Can I wash my purse? Of course! Just remove your rosette before you wash. I advise to allow it to air dry by being hung or laid flat to dry. If you wish to place it into your dryer, you may need to iron it after you remove it from the dryer.

2. Can I request a different color rosette or an extra to be made? Sure can! Just let me know what you would like and I'll make a special listing just for you! Extra rosettes are $3.50 each... and I can make tons of colors for you!

3. How long will it take to get my purse? If the listing says "ready to ship", I will ship within 24 hours. If not, I do my very best to have it made and shipped between 2-3 weeks of ordering. (I do have small children at home and they are my first priority... and kids get sick. lol!)

4. Can I request certain fabrics to design my own purse? I'd love to make you a custom purse! Just convo me with your idea and we'll go from there!

5. Can you ship a purse to my friend? Just convo with the request and leave their address in the comments! I'll even add a card with a note if you wish!

6. Can I request longer handles, extra pockets? Sure! Just send a convo before placing your order. There is a small charge for the extra's so I will make you a custom listing.

7. Do you have a refund policy? Yes!! But, i will only refund your money if there is something wrong with your new purse/diaper bag that was made wrong by me.... for example: bad craftsmanship. If you measured wrong or changed your mind.... I'm very sorry and it weighs on my heart but this is how I help support my family and I must make/set rules. :}

8. Can your purses and diaper bags be made larger or smaller? Nopey. I'm sorry but I would have to rework the pattern and as of right now I don't have the time. I truly wish I did.

9. Do your bags have closures? Nopey. I do not have the foot needed to add zippers or magnetic closures. I'm hoping to be able to offer magnetic closures after Christmas and beginning in the new year! :)
