Dear shoppers, I ship in 2 or 4 business days after you place an order or depending on your party date.Please make sure that you order at least 6 or 7 days, in advance in order to get FREE shipping in most of our items. Just a reminder for our international orders give me 12 to 14 days to ship your item ( depends on the distance could change).Also include the date the item must be delivered to you, to give a specific time day of shipment.

All our orders are sent with delivery confirmation when your item is ship we will send you a tracking number so you can check the expected day of your delivery. We will not be responsible for lost items due to not being there to receive them.This is your responsibility. We offer priority mail, express mail shipping services. We understand that are rare cases and in some orders may be lost( which is very rare). Please allow us to fix or investigate the problem.I am willing to find a solution.
