Great pots made by hand in central Pennsylvania. We are a couple of friends/potters who share studio and kiln space. One of us is Ian Stainton, who makes most of the work sold here. Ian came to the US from England and has been making a living in clay since 1979. We also sell pieces by Jake Johnson, who came to Pennsylvania from Illinois to pursue an MFA at Penn State. Some of the works sold here are collaborative pieces by both of us. We're also happy to have a few mugs with hand-carved designs by friend Roger Pollok, whose property is home to a kiln used by all three potters. Everything is made by hand from start to finish. All glazes are lead-free and food-safe. We ship quickly via either FedEx or the post office. Thanks very much for your interest in our shop!
