Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely! If more than one item is purchased, I will combine shipping for you as long as the items can be safely shipped together. Shipping overages will be refunded to you as soon as the item is shipped.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

All items are insured in the event they are damaged or lost by the carrier. If your purchase arrives damaged, all I need from you are a few photographs of the damaged item with its original packaging sent to me (via convo) within 3 days of receipt. Once approved, a claim will be filed and you'll receive a refund. In the event of a lost item, please contact your local post office; they often have additional GPS information to help you locate your package. I'm not responsible if an incorrect address was provided at checkout.

I’d like to return my purchase. What do I need to do?

Contact me via convo within 3 days of delivery. You will then need to return the item to USPS or FedEx in it’s original packaging, purchase a return label, and send me a convo with the tracking number. As long as the item arrives in it’s original condition, you will receive a full refund on only the item cost. The original shipping fees and the return label fees cannot be refunded. Items marked as FREE SHIPPING will have the shipping fees subtracted from the total paid for the item in the event of a return.

Electrical Items Notice (lamps, clocks, etc.)

Vintage electrical items have old wiring. I can’t guarantee their safety, nor can I guarantee how long they will continue to work after they have been shipped. I visually inspect each item and do not sell anything that has obvious damage to it’s electrical components; however, this is not a guarantee that it isn’t faulty and care should be taken when using these older items.

Hawaii & Alaska

Please contact me prior to purchase if you‘d like to order a large item (mirror, lamp, etc.) and live in one of the non-contiguous states. Most larger items have an estimated shipping price and I’m unable to ship to these states unless additional shipping is purchased. This includes items marked as FREE SHIPPING. If a purchase is made and the shipping cost exceeds the set limit for the item, the order will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund.
