Payment

Payment is accepted via Paypal. 6.5% sales tax applicable in Florida. Items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We'll send you an email with a confirmation number when your package has shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

We have one policy – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back.

Simply contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, return the item purchased via insured carrier, and we will gladly refund the price of the item you purchased (not including shipping). Please allow 7-10 business days to process your request once we receive your return.

When you receive your package please inspect it for damage. If there is damage due to shipping please let us know within 24 hours so we may begin processing the claim.
