Most shoes are available in USA whole and half sizes 5-12. Several shoes are available in wide and extra wide sizes.

Please note that one of my shoe manufacturers has discontinued several styles and not all styles may be available in your size. Shoe substitutes are available. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I don't dye shoes that I don't already have in my shop. I have found there is too much fabric variation between brands and hate to risk dyeing shoes I am not familiar with. You are welcome to purchase shoes from another location and send them to me for embellishment. Please feel free to message me for details. Thanks.

*****SHOE CREATION TIME****

Shoe time lines can be found right above the listing of each shoes shipping information. Most shoes are on a 6-8 week time table, but some shoes do require more time to ship.

Once payment has been received, orders will be created and depending on the shoe, can take from 4 to 13 weeks to create. You will most likely receive your order within 4-8 weeks, but some shoes do take longer than others.

If your needed by date is less than the time line that can be found above each shoes shipping date, please message me before purchasing.
Please do not purchase your shoes without waiting to hear a response. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation of your order.

The Crystal Slipper will not be held responsible for purchases needed earlier than the expected shipping date. The listed shipping dates/time tables dates are provided above each shoes shipping information. It is the customers responsibility to read and abide by the shipping date.

Custom orders will take at least 8 weeks. Before you check out I will, give you an expected completion date. Shoe completion dates are based on a first come first served date.

For all orders within the USA, please allow an additional 1 weeks for shipping and processing.

****Sizing Concerns and Exchanges****

If you receive your shoes and they are too large and slip in the heel, we encourage you first to try a back of the heel cushion or a ball of the foot pad to reduce the slipping; these can be found at most department stores.

Due to the custom nature of each order, I can only provide refunds or exchanges on the following terms:

For items under $150
Returns will be accepted and a refund will be issued for the Price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the undamaged, like new item. In order to make a return, the item must have absolutely zero wear on it. Please, only walk on carpet when trying shoes on. If you desire to return an item, please message me within 3 days of receiving your purchase to let me know you wish to do so. You are responsible for return shipping costs

For items $150 or more
If any item that was purchased for over $150 from The Crystal Slipper does not meet your expectations please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase, and I will be happy to exchange your item for an alternative item from the shop, or provide a refund for the value of the item minus a 20% restocking fee

In order to make an exchange, all items must have absolutely zero wear on them. Please, only walk on carpet when trying the shoes on.

As long as the event date is greater than 4 weeks away, I will happily exchange the item for your preferred item from our shop or different size if needed. In the event of an exchange, shipping costs will be your responsibility. If the event is less than 4 weeks away I can not promise I will be able to get the new item to you in time. So order early :)

Shoes in the Sale/Ready to ship section are non refundable.

****SHIPPING****

USA SHIPPING:
We strive to provide shipping options that are both affordable and reliable. Shipping can be provided through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Accessories will be shipped via USPS. If you would prefer a different carrier to deliver your accessories please message me.

Shoes will either be shipped either UPS or Fedex. We recognize that UPS and FedEx can be more expensive, but find that they are more reliable and convenient for our customers when it comes to tracking deliveries, filing insurance claims, and home or apartment delivery.

We strongly encourage all customers to purchase insurance on their orders. If packages do not arrive or arrive damaged, there is nothing we can do about it unless you purchase insurance.

For all orders within the USA, please allow an additional 1 week for shipping and processing.

Expedited shipping can be arranged for rush orders; however this will increases shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Occasionally, when shipping items internationally, an item will get flagged by the receiving country's Customs Department. I have no control over this and I am not responsible for extra charges incurred due to such flagging. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Price advertised in my shop DOES NOT include duty or VAT. If charges are incurred, you will be expected to pay this once the shipment arrives.

Shoe shipping internationally is $50 and is usually sent Priority with tracking; However if you would like $25 shipping, and have plenty of time before your wear date shoes can be shipped Economy with no tracking.

Due to each countries customs, international shipping time varies. After shoes are shipped you can most likely expect to receive your order within 6-10 business days. Shoe packages for international shipments will be sent USPS Priority. If you would like insurance, an additional charge will be added.
All other accessories will be sent Economy mail. Economy mail can take 6-20 business days to arrive. If you would like to pay extra to have your other accessories shipped priority that option is available upon request.


****CUSTOM ORDER GUARANTEE*******
**For custom orders only. A 50% non refundable deposit is required before I start working on a custom order. After I have completed your shoes/clutch and before I ship out your item, I will send you several pictures of the completed product. After seeing and loving the final product, the rest of the payment will be due. (What if you don't love it? See the next section below). The item must be paid in full before I am able to ship it out.

**What If I see the final product pictures and have some concerns?
No problem, I am happy to tweak anything that needs tweaking. Please keep in mind that if you want certain things added to the shoes, the final price will reflect those changes.

If after seeing pictures of final tweaking, you are still unhappy with your custom order then the 50% deposit you originally paid can be used to purchase any other item in my shop.

The above Custom Order Guarantee only applies to custom orders and does not apply to ready-to-make/ship designs in my shop.
