Frequently asked questions
Do you offer digital downloads of your art?
I am sorry, but I do not currently offer digital downloads of my illustrations.
Do you offer custom framing?
I do not offer custom framing for prints. Any images shown within the listing that are in a frame are there for reference only. The exception to this would be that I do offer "Framed Canvas Prints". Please look for the link within each listing description that will take you to that listing in my shop.
Do you offer any custom sizes not shown in your store?
Yes. The sizes currently shown in my store are the most popular and are generally pretty easy to have framed. If you have a specific need for VERY LARGE or oddly sized artwork, then please reach out to me with the specifics of your request and I will reply with a quote for that service.
Do you offer express shipping options?
I currently print and ship most orders within 24 hours. If you have a specific need for Express or Next Day shipping, please reach out to me BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER and let me know what exactly you need. I will then supply you with a shipping quote for that service.
Can I come to your studio and pick my order up?
My studio is not open to the public and I am unable to accept requests for Pick Up. All orders will be shipped only.
Wholesale availability
Parties interested in Wholesale availability should contact me for more information. Please let me know quantities, sizes, and materials (paper, canvas, metal) you are interested in. I would also need to know if this is for a Retail (Brick and Mortar) or Online Store.
Do you take requests for custom orders?
I put custom requests into two different catagories:
1) Personalizing Existing Art
If you would like to have an existing illustration modified or personalized please feel free to ask. Most requests for color changes or adding of text can be accommodated. Extensive changes to existing artwork can be looked at on a case by case basis and may incur extra charges.
2) Custom Order Requests
From time to time, I am able to accept custom order requests. If you would like a quote for a custom illustration please send me a note explaining exactly what you need. Include the size wanted, material preferred, and the date you would need it completed. I will then get back to you with a quote and an estimated timetable.
