Where can I find my downloads?
Your downloads are available in your purchase history on your etsy account, please use a browser and not the Etsy app.
Can I use your items commercially?
It depends on the item, see shop policies or contact me for more information. Do not resell, giveaway, or claim my products as your own.
My download isn’t working
The most likely cause is an error while downloading, delete all downloaded files and try again.
Other troubleshooting ideas:
- Restart your browser or computer/device
- Clear your browser cache
- Use a different browser, or disable any custom toolbars/addons/etc
- Use a different device, phones can be especially finicky with downloads
- Try again in 5-10 min (very occasionally Etsy will have a glitch with digital files)
- Make sure there is enough room on your device/computer (this one is also rare, but just in case)
