Shipping Days - Wednesday and Saturday of each week. International shipping if needing to go to the post office is done on Saturday.

~ Playsilks are made on Wednesday Morning and shipped out that day unless ordered with a "made to order" item. I try to get this done weekly, if you need your item for a certain time please notify me.

~ Items marked "Ready to Ship" will be shipped on the next shipping day unless ordered with another item that is made to order.

~ All items are "Made to Order" unless marked With "READY TO SHIP" in the title of the item and take up to 3 weeks depending on size of order and orders with in the day or week timing may be longer. If you need your item for a Birthday or Holiday please let us know so we can work with you to meet you timing needs. (time may be longer during Holiday times - please check for Holiday notes)

~ Custom order timing is worked out on a case by case situation depending on level of workmanship needed. We love the creative aspect of custom work and will give you ideas and desires our best work.

~ Rush Orders - I may be able to do a rush order under certain circumstances at a cost, please contact me if you need this service.
