Chef Joe graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University and has been in the restaurant industry for 17 years. Some of his culinary highlights were with the Ritz-Carlton (Naples, FL), LeBecFin and Striped Bass (Philadelphia, PA), and a list of establishments in the US and Internationally. Joe is most recently the chef and owner of a budding restaurant chain with locations in Florida and Alabama.
