Welcome
My name is Lisa, owner and sole artist for Good Emu Productions. I am dedicated to meticulous attention to detail in my mosaic and ceramic work as well as my customer service!
I love talking to the people on Etsy so please feel free to convo me with any questions or concerns- or just to say hello!
The materials I use are upcycled or repurposed in all instances possible- many of my supplies are factory excess ceramic, marble and granite that may have otherwise gone to waste!
In addition, I boycott non-vegan products unless they are second hand or obtained naturally (such as antler sheds). Any such products will be clearly noted in the description and tags so that you can make an informed purchase!
Payment
I accept Paypal and Personal Checks / Money Orders. Latter options ***must clear BEFORE your gifts are shipped!!!*** Please note that Paypal has an option to take funds directly from your bank account for your convenience (this is the quickest!)
Shipping
The good Emu offers FREE SHIPPING on all contiguous US purchases of in-stock items! Combined shipping prices at a reduced rate will be offered on multi item orders for those outside this area.
All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of:
~receipt of online payment, or
~bank clearance of mailed check or money order.
If you would like to insure your item, please message me before you make your purchase so I can add this to the item price.
I will ship via United States Postal Service by default where ever possible. Fees such as customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
I do everything possible to keep my items safe and sound from my hands to your door! However, once an item has been shipped, I cannot be responsible for damages. Convo me and we can talk about getting a second similar item to you at a reduced price should this come up!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo me and I will do everything I can to set it right! If you would like to return your item, you may for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
