I use Paypal and Direct Checkout (creditcard, debit card and Etsy Gift Cards) as payment methods. Please complete your payment within 2 days. If no payment or contact has been made within 48 hours, the item will be relisted unless you noted me beforehand.

I offer standard shipment, no insurance or priority is included. All items of The Hello Shop fit in a regular mailbox, this means it is nog trackable. If you prefer insurance, a tracking code and/or priority, please contact me beforehand. I ship my items from Utrecht, the Netherlands to any country in the world. I use PostNL and TNT for shipping.

I will send you a shipping confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Orders shipped to a dutch address arrive most of the time within 3 working days. International orders normally arrive within 8 working days but can take up to 21-30 days. If you didn't receive your order within a month, please contact me through Etsy.

I make my items with care, I do everything I can to get your order to you safe and sound. If possible I recycle brown kraftpaper, local newspaper and styrofoam in my shipping package to secure your order from damage and to try be as eco-friendly as I can be concerning shipping.

Please make sure the address in your Etsy account is the right shipping address. If you want your order to be shipped to an other address than you use with your Etsy account please add a note while checking out.

I have been making soap for years. All items are tested on myself, family and friends. I only use natural products, no artificial scents or colorants. The products are made in my pet and smoke free home.
All products are made in small batches, this way I can offer the most fresh skin care. All products have a shelf life of at least one year, unless stated otherwise.
