05/31/2012 ATTENTION

Normally my husband does all my packing. Due to an unexpected family emergency he will be leaving to go out of town 05/31/2012. Business will be as usual with the exception of shipping. I work full time for a state hospital M-F. and will do my best to get items shipped in timely manner but may have some delays.
If you need your item as a gift please make me aware ASAP and I will do my best to get it out.

Payment

I accept Pay Pal, Google Check-Out, US Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks will have a 7 day processing before your item will be shipped. I also accept cash.

On international purchases if you are not a verified/confirmed with Pay Pal I will not be able to complete transaction. Pay Pal has very specific policies in place to protect the seller and the buyer. USPS does not offer insurance on most international transactions which means if I ship and the item is lost or not received, you will get you $$ money back but I will be out the inventory & money. Shipping

I will do my best to get your items out in a timely manner.
Shipping days are Tuesday's & Saturdays of each week.
If I can get your items out earlier I will. At times shipping will not take place on these days due to an unexpected events which I will communicate with you.

USA Flat Rate Shipping with Delivery Confirmation on ALL purchases.
Larger items may be shipped UPS if USPS is higher.
I try and get the best rate.
Email me your complete address for an exact rate on larger items
Contact me prior to purchase if you need EXPEDITED shipping.
Shipping will be modified to reflect.

Refunds and Exchanges

Communication is key and NO returns will be considered more than 7 DAYS after items are received by buyer.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER
I will give you a full refund once the item(s) are received by me + shipping.
If the item is not received with in the 7 days a store credit will be offered. No refunds after 7 days.

I will not refund RETURN SHIPPING. That is your responsibility.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I REFUND FOR PHOTOGRAPHS, PAPER ITEMS, COOKBOOKS ETC... STORE CREDIT ONLY
I've had people photo copy the items and then cry foul that the size was misrepresented etc... and want there money back!
I cannot run a business like that and to me that is just plain unfair
If an item is able to be photocopied I WILL NOT REFUND YOU STORE CREDIT ONLY!

I'm sorry for the few that have ruined it for others but this policy is in affect.
