The Little Things is owned and run by Carmen and I love to hear suggestions from others in order to get more ideas for my creations.
Please note that the actual colors may look different on photos due to photo-shooting and lighting we use in studio. All items are unworn and in limited quantities.
PAYPAL is the only payment method I accept right now and payment is expected immediately upon checkout.

Please make sure that your PAYPAL address is confirmed and it matches your Etsy address
Package is shipped out from Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) within 3 Business Days(sorry but no shipping on weekends), once payment is cleared. All orders will be shipped with registered mail and the tracking number will be sent to you once items are shipped out.
Australia - 7 to 10 days
Canada - 15 to 20 days
Hong Kong - 7 to 10 days
Singapore - 5 to 7 days
United States - 15 to 20 days
These are just estimated delivery time frames only and they may be varied due to uncontrollable factors (e.g. holiday seasons, national holidays, etc.)
Since we ship all packages with registered mail and they are trackable with the tracking number provided, so we are not responsible for any loss shipments. If delivery notice is left at your doorstep when you're not at home to receive the package, kindly call your local post office to rearrange delivery. Thank you!
IMPORTANT: For those who live in condos and apartments, please take note that postal notices may be left for you when you're not at home to accept your mail.
If you do not receive your package within three weeks, please track your registered package online or contact me in order to avoid mails send back to me!
If ever the package is send back to me, no refund cannot be made for the item but the package will be sent back to you once again with regular air mail after I receive the package.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 2 days of receipt for a refund/exchange. Shipping charge is not refundable for all refunds.

You are purchasing a handmade design and it will need your attention to keep it beautiful.
~~ Do not let the jewelry in contact with any liquid ( water, perfume etc. which can change the color of the metal.
~~ Do not shower or exercise with the jewelry if you wish to enjoy it and keep it in the condition you received it.
