Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Active shop business hours are 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. e.s.t., and you can make a purchase or send a message at any time. I check in regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible.

★ PAYMENT METHOD ★
I accept credit cards, debit cards, Etsy gift cards and PayPal. You can pay with a credit card through Etsy's direct checkout system or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through PayPal - simply click "check out as a guest" underneath the log-in when prompted to submit your payment. Other than your shipping information and email address, only Etsy and/or PayPal sees your payment information.
★ HOW DOES CHECKOUT WORK? ★
Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase in your cart, select your method of payment and simply click the “Checkout” button to be automatically directed to submit your payment. If paying with direct checkout, you will be prompted to enter your card information. If paying via PayPal, you will be given the option to either pay with a credit or debit card without a PayPal account by clicking "check out as a guest", or sign into PayPal to pay with your PayPal account.
When you have reviewed your payment and shipping information, your order is submitted only when you click “Submit Order” on the Etsy screen.
Indiana residents pay 7% sales tax in accordance with state law.

★ WHAT DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE? ★
Shipping includes postage and packaging. Shipping charges are used to purchase the postage and packaging for the order and are non-refundable. The USPS raised postage prices significantly on international packages in 2013, and shipping fees reflect these changes.
Shipping applies to one shipping address per order.
★ HOW WILL YOUR ORDER BE PACKAGED? ★
All orders come beautifully packaged ready for gift giving. Orders of multiple items may be combined unless separate gift packaging is requested at the time of check out. Neither my shop name nor Etsy will appear on the outside packaging.
If you're shipping a gift directly to a gift recipient, I'm happy to include a personal message, just leave your request and desired message in the note box at check out. (Be sure to enter the correct shipping address with your order).
★ HOW WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED? ★
Orders ship via USPS First Class mail as standard. Shipping upgrades may also be purchased for an additional charge. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation in the U.S. and select other countries where available. You will receive the tracking and/or customs number on your package when the shipping label is generated.
Please note orders of high dollar value may be shipped with signature confirmation. This means you will be required to sign for the package upon delivery. In case of no one home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a notice in your mail - you can either take the note to the post office to pick up your package, or you can check the box for them to attempt to re-deliver and leave it in your mailbox. Unclaimed packages are returned to the sender, and an additional shipping charge will be required for re-shipment.
★ WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED? ★
All orders (except custom orders and orders awaiting payment to clear) will be processed for shipping within 1 business day (M-F excluding holidays, including all postal holidays), unless otherwise stated, or awaiting address confirmation or further information from the customer.
Please note for orders paid by e-check (funds drawn on a bank account rather than PayPal balance or credit card), orders can not ship until after the e-check has cleared, which can take several business days, depending on your bank, and is out of my control. If you need your order to ship as soon as possible, payment should be submitted via credit card or PayPal instant payment. Otherwise shipping and delivery time policies will apply only after the payment has cleared and your bank has successfully transferred the funds to PayPal.
★ WHERE WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED? ★
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you provide Etsy with your order. If you're paying via PayPal, please make sure your shipping address matches in both PayPal and Etsy, as PayPal requires your order to be shipped to the address you provided to PayPal with your payment. If there is a problem or discrepancy with the shipping address, you will be contacted via Etsy conversation and the order will not ship until the correct shipping address is confirmed.
If you're shipping directly to a gift recipient, the gift recipient address must be entered as the shipping address for the order, on Etsy as well as on PayPal, if that is your payment method. Please do not enter one address in the "ship to" field and a different address in the "notes to the seller" field, as this will confuse shipping and delay processing and delivery until the correct shipping address is confirmed.
★ WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER? ★
After your order has been processed and placed in the mail (1 business day), estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days
Priority Shipping - 2-3 business days
Express Shipping - 1-2 business days
Standard Shipping - 2-3 weeks (business days) from U.S. to Canada customs
Priority Shipping - 7-14 business days from U.S. to Canada customs
Standard Shipping - 2-6 weeks (business days) from U.S. to your country's customs
Priority Shipping - 7-14 business days from U.S. to your country's customs
Bear in mind these are *estimates* of delivery times only, from the USPS, and not a guarantee - high volume mail seasons, holidays, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable circumstances can affect the postal service's shipping times.
International packages can also be delayed in your country's customs beyond estimated delivery dates at the discretion of your government, and this is out of a seller's control.
★ EXPEDITED SHIPPING UPGRADES ★
Upgrades to expedited shipping methods can be purchased when checking out. These services can be added to your order in your cart by making your selection from the drop down menu. Please note this upgrades the *method* of shipping only, once the order is processed and ready to be shipped, and does not affect the standard processing time to prepare the order, which is still 1 business day.
All orders are processed according to the shipping method selected and paid for by the customer with the order, regardless of messages included with orders requesting expedited shipping or requiring certain delivery dates, though you can rest assured I always do all that I can to get your order processed and shipped out as reasonably quickly as possible according to the terms agreed upon with purchase.
No shipping times can be guaranteed. I can only estimate delivery times based on information from the USPS. I get orders out quickly, but once handed over to the postal service, delivery of the package is entirely at the discretion of the USPS. If you need your order by a certain date, please keep this in mind and plan your purchase accordingly, allowing reasonable extra time for your order to arrive in case of postal service delays out of my control. I can not be held responsible for orders placed too close to need-by dates which do not arrive in time.
★ CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE USA ★
Customers outside the USA are responsible for any customs fees your government may impose upon your package as it enters your country. It is up to each individual country how they charge tax to their citizens, and these are your taxes or duties international buyers may incur when importing goods into your country. Customs fees are taxes charged by your government and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. My shipping fees are the cost of shipping the item from the United States to your country - customs fees are separate and unknown to me, and not part of the shipping fee paid on the item at the time of purchase.
International shipments can take several weeks to arrive. Please keep in mind shipping times are estimates only from the USPS, and refer only to the delivery time between leaving the United States and arriving to your country's customs - packages can be delayed in customs at the discretion of your government and this is out of a seller's control.
Your package can be opened by your country's customs officials and may not arrive to you looking as neatly packaged as it did when it left my hands.
Items being shipped outside the USA are wrapped in plain packaging and marked as merchandise, with the purchase price of the item legally declared on the customs form. It is unlawful for me to mark your item as a gift in order for you to avoid paying your country's customs fees.
If it has been longer than 8 weeks and you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service with the customs number I sent you when your packaged shipped - they may be waiting for you to pick up your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
★ STORE POLICIES ★
I really want you to be happy with your purchase! If however for some reason you are completely dissatisfied upon receipt of your item, please let me know immediately via Etsy conversations & give me an opportunity to work with you to rectify the problem.
All return / exchange / refund transactions must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping charges are used to purchase the postage and packaging for the order and are non-refundable.
★ CANCELLING AN ORDER ★
Cancellation requests may be submitted for review before the order is cued for shipping. Once an order has moved to shipped status, it must be returned before a cancellation and refund can be processed.
★ RETURNS ★
I will happily accept a return of my work for any reason if notified, and the item is safely repackaged and placed in the mail to be shipped back to me postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping charges and the item must be successfully returned unused and in its original condition before returns will be processed. Seller is not responsible for returns shipped without tracking that do not arrive. As soon as the item has been safely and acceptably received back to me, I will promptly process the return. Shipping charges are used to purchase the postage and packaging for the order, and are non-refundable.
For items being returned due to seller error or damage, a return shipping label will be provided for you. Simply notify me and I will send you a label to print out and affix to the package. Shipping charges are only refundable in the event a return is due to seller error or damage.
★ EXCHANGES ★
Due to the fact that my items are made in limited quantities or one at a time and depend on materials on hand, items may not always be able to be exchanged for another like item. Please contact me via Etsy conversation within 7 days of delivery and we will work out the issue to your liking. Regular return policy applies. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping charges and an additional shipping charge for mailing the new item will be required.
★ REFUNDS ★
In the event of a refund payment will be re-issued via PayPal for the purchase price of the item. Items must be returned for a refund (or sufficient proof of unusable damage provided, see "Damaged Item" section below), and the refund will be processed after the item has been received back to me. I am abundantly grateful for your business, and I am happy to be understanding and delighted to work with you if you communicate your concerns to me. Except in cases of seller error or damage, shipping charges are used to purchase the postage and packaging for the order and are non-refundable.
★ DAMAGED ITEM ★
In the unlikely event a package is received damaged in transit I will ask you to kindly send me photos via Etsy conversation of the damage so that I may submit the insurance claim to the postal service, if applicable. In the case of a damaged item a replacement item will be sent whenever possible. If a replacement is not available, items may be returned for a full refund. A return shipping label will be provided for you to print out and affix to the package - simply notify me and I will send you a return label. Policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the item by the customer. If an item is damaged yet usable, a partial refund may be offered at both the customer's and seller's discretion, if the customer chooses to keep the item and photos of the damage have been submitted. Replacements or full refunds for a damaged item are offered only with photos of the obviously damaged and unusable item or the return of the item. Likewise, please open the package with care when it arrives, as return/refund policies do not cover damage caused by careless opening of the package after safe delivery.

★ SAFETY ★
My jewelry is for use only by adults. Items in this shop contain small parts and are not for children. Never allow children to play with or pull on your jewelry.
★ PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES ★
My jewelry is not recommended for those with metal allergies and other sensitivities.
★ SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS ★
Necklaces are displayed on a standard size womens form. Earrings are shown on a scale photo of a size small model. This is intended as a courtesy to show how items may look or lay when worn, and not an indication of exactly how it will look or fit on everyone. Adjustable for average size items or one size fits most should be taken into appropriate consideration. Measurements are given to the nearest 1/4 inch or centimeter.
★ CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY ★
To clean jewelry wipe gently with a damp cloth only. My jewelry is not waterproof or intended to be exposed to water. Never allow your jewelry to be soaked or immersed in any kind of liquid. Remove rings or bracelets before washing hands. Jewelry should not be worn when swimming, bathing or exercising, or exposed to extreme humidity. Hairsprays & perfumes should be applied before putting jewelry on. Store jewelry in a dry safe place when not in use.
★ OPENING AND CLOSING A LOCKET ★
Care must be taken when opening and closing lockets. Open slowly and carefully with two hands by placing a thumb nail between the two sides and gently pulling them apart. The latch hook and the opposing opening must be aligned in order for the locket to close properly. This is very important. If not, the hook may bend and cause the locket to no longer latch. Please take care when opening and closing your locket, and never smash or force a locket closed. I check every locket before sending, and am not responsible for latch damage or malfunctions that occur once it is in the customer's hands.
★ FOR ITEMS WITH HAND ANTIQUED METALS ★
I often buy raw metals and antique them myself through a non-chemical process. Vintage jewelry has naturally developed patina (darkening and discolorations of the metal) over time, giving it the desirable aged and distressed appearance. Hand aged metals have an uneven finish as opposed to plated metals, achieving an authentic vintage patina effect. Unplated metals will gradually continue to naturally darken and develop patina over time.
★ CHARM NOISE ★
Expect pieces accented with charms to make noise with movement.
★ COLOR ★
Keep in mind that not everyone is using the same kind of computer or monitor, and colors can vary on different computer screens. What one person sees on their screen may look slightly different on another. Please refer to both item photos and descriptions when making your decison to purchase.
★ RECEIPT FOR YOUR PURCHASE ★
Your receipt will be available to view and print from your Etsy purchase page after payment is submitted.
★ CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS ★
At this time I'm unable to accommodate requests for large custom orders, and am currently only accepting custom orders for pieces I already have the materials for in stock. I am no longer special ordering materials for custom orders. Custom orders must be paid in full up front before I will begin work on them. Personalized items are not returnable.
★ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ★
In order to better manage my shop I have currently suspended international shipping. I apologize for any inconvenience.
★ WHOLESALE / DISCOUNT REQUESTS ★
At this time my shop is retail only and not conducting wholesale business. I am a small business, and I personally and individually make all of the finished pieces I sell in my shop one at a time by hand. It takes me the same amount of time, materials and monies to produce a single piece as it does per piece to produce multiples. Therefore my shop is unable to offer wholesale quantities or discounts for purchases of multiple items. I do, however, offer built-in shipping discounts, which have already been included in the listings.
