***Note on How to Place Your Order***

You do not need to send a message through the custom item request if you are not needing custom sizes, large quantities, major changes to the size/format of the labels. Even if the item in the listing is a different size (quantities vary on size), but you like the design, you can simply add the items to your cart & in the note to seller specify the sizes, materials, and design choices in the Note to Seller while in your shopping cart. To simplify the process, you can simply copy & paste the following into the message to seller in the shopping cart & fill in your specifications. If ordering multiple sets, make sure you list the design specifications for each set. However, if you are ordering multiple items but want the same design on all of them, you only need to enter it once.

*******Our dishwasher safe vinyl is very durable, and will withstand normal settings on most household dishwashers. Apply label at room temperature on a dry surface and allow 48 hours to bond before using. Please do not use bleach detergent, sanitizer settings, or high temperature boosts with these labels.

*******We work M-F every week, which we consider our business days, most weekends we do work on Saturday or Sunday, but are always available via convos! We can *usually* send your proof to the email address you have listed on Etsy within a day or two, but during busy times (back to school time & holidays) it can take up to 5 business days. **Please note that these are custom orders and we create each file by hand, we appreciate your patience during our rushes!** We will try & keep you up to date If you do not see your proof in your email inbox, be sure to check your spam folder in case it goes there. Once we send your proof over to you, you have 7 days to review it & email any changes back to us, or an approval if none are required. Also note that if any changes are requested, this will push back the expected ship date, based on how quickly we can get the proof over to you & an approval on the final file. After 7 days of no response to proof emails, we print and ship as is. If you need an order by a certain date, let me know so I can prioritize it.
