I am the original " THE LOVE KNOT SHOP ", I do realize a lot of other etsy sellers watch my shop, copy my rings, and undercut my prices, but I can say that my quality is second to none, and you wont find this quality or price anywhere else for the same products. DELIVERY- all suppy shipments usually ship in 24 hrs, all handmade jewelry usually ships in under 4 days, but can take up to 10 days when we are extremely busy, if you have questions on delivery shipping times, options and other questions, please convo me for info, please including your transaction ID in your convo... If you must have your item shipped sooner than the above times, please convo me before making your purchase to ensure i can deliver on time.

LOST PACKAGES - LOST packages will NOT be reshipped...Please contact me for insurance costs added to your final purchase price before checking out....If you purchase this separate, i must also charge for extra fees incurred on the sale of insurance, which is 10%.

CUSTOM - I welcome any custom orders, but custom pricing is higher than regular shop prices, please do not expect your custom pieces and orders to be on sale. I do not consider your ring size to be a custom order. Custom orders are pieces i do not carry in my shop.

SHIPPING - I will gladly reship any package when i have made a mistake shipping to wrong address, however, if you have given me the incorrect address.. I will need to charge extra shipping costs to cover the reshipping, including my time if necessary.

REFUNDS- Refunds given once product is returned, please contact me to ensure i know package is being returned. Product must be returned within 7 days usa, 20 days international..This will be from time of receipt of package.

FOR RESIZING- I must charge basic shipping costs in order to return your package, please note that i will no longer pay to reship after resizing your rings. I will allow a one time resize for free, beyond this, i will charge 10$ per resize.
