Please use Search Box within My Shop to find breed or you will have to scroll through pages to find breeds. Items are listed alphabetically by section, random in sections! Please check alternative size breeds for more designs( ie. Min Pin/Doberman, Shih Tzu/ Lhasa/ Havanese) If you see a design you like in another breed, I will make it for you in your breed!

Payment

All payments are due within 7 days of orders. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours, I send a message reminder.

Orders paid using ECheck or Money Order, will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping

Shipping-
Domestically- orders are shipped Priority mail
Internationally- First Class International

I will be shipping all ornaments and sculptures next business day, Priority Mail domestically, and first class internationally. My items are double boxed and carefully wrapped to protect the porcelain.

Orders paid using ECheck or Money Order, will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

USA :
I ship Priority Mail USPS with delivery confirmation. If you would like us to do an upgrade just let me know and I will charge you the difference.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE:

Your country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information you should contact your local customs agency. The Pendant Emporium is not responsible for any duty taxes which may be levied on your purchase.

I ship from Florida, USA, within 2 business days of receipt of payment via United States 1st class mail. Overseas customers, please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Many orders will arrive much sooner but overseas delivery times can vary a lot, so please be patient.

If ordering for CHRISTMAS, I recommend placing overseas orders by NOVEMBER 20TH IF POSSIBLE!!

Special Note about First Class International: First Class International is the cheapest way to mail packages overseas and to Canada. I have had good luck with this service but you should know that you can't track or insure packages with First Class service from USPS. This is a risk that you the buyer are taking when choosing this service. If you prefer to use Priority mail, please contact me before purchasing.

***IMPORTANT! I cannot mark any International packages as a "gift" on the customs form. Asking any Shipper (Business or Personal) to write "Gift" on a Customs Form, when your country's rules say it is not a Gift, is a violation of the law.

Custom Orders~~~~Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of CUSTOM work due to- drying times of the clay body and several firings of the clay in the kiln. Custom orders must be allowed more time and will be shipped upon the date completed, After your approval of photos.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with every ornament/figurine that you add to your collection, so returns are accepted with in 30 days. If you are unhappy with your sculpture simply notify me via e-mail and return the figurine/ornament (at your expense in original shape and packaging). Once I have received the package, it will be replaced with a similar priced item of your choice. I carefully wrap and double box each item, but if one should arrive broken, please contact me before leaving feedback, I will make it right!
