** Starting Jan 27th, 2013 : USPS will be increasing their shipping rates again, which means that I will have to do the same on all products (this includes 1st Class; Priority; & Express for the US, Canada, & International). Some are a substantial increase, especially for International Priority & Express Mail.


• If your order needs to be shipped ASAP or before the next available shipping date, please contact us BEFORE purchasing, so we can discuss if we will be able to help out! A rush order fee may apply {see below for more details}.

• Shipping dates are scheduled based on an order's event / need-by date & based on the current turnaround for new orders. Shipping time is NOT based on when you purchased your items.

• Based on the nature of this business, ALL items are made-to-order, that way anything can be customized to fit your needs!




| Rushed / Expedited Orders |
If you need your order sooner, please contact us BEFORE purchasing! Please note that rushed orders do not receive bulk/custom order discounts.

Any order that needs to be shipped ASAP^^ may have a rush order fee added to it:
• Orders under $30 will have a 20% fee of the item{s} cost added.
• Orders $30 - $69 will have a $10 rush order fee added to it.
• Orders $70 - $109 will have a $15 rush order fee added to it.
• Orders $110 + will have a $20 rush order fee added to it.

• Your order might also need to have the shipping upgraded to USPS Priority or Express.

^^ if your order is needing to be created and/or shipped out during a time when we are currently booked with orders.




| Recommendations for Ordering |
We ship products based on the need-by or event date. It is recommended that you order items for a particular date AT LEAST 2 - 3 weeks in advance for US customers & AT LEAST 8 - 10 weeks in advanced for International customers {including Canada}. This especially goes for ANY custom and/or large orders!

Also, please check to see what the current turnaround time is for shipping new orders, as this is based on the amount of orders that are already have scheduled & life outside of this business (family & friends are #1). If you have any questions or concerns that your order might be last minute, please contact us ahead of time to ensure that there will have time to create & ship your items.
