Custom and personalized orders

I'm happy to create a custom order for you if you don't see exactly what you want in my store. Please read the following note:

Peaberry Studio reserves the rights to all custom designs created. This includes photographing, posting to social media, and reselling the design. All designs are the intellectual property of Peaberry Studio. Should you wish to have sole ownership of a design, a $100 will be charged. This gives you full ownership. Peaberry Studio cannot reproduce the design for resale, photograph, or post to social media without your permission. By purchasing a custom listing you agree to these terms.

Shipping and Wrong Address issues

It is important that you double check your shipping address before the package is mailed to you. Once it has been mailed, Peaberry Studio is not responsible for changes or address errors. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package from an address that is no longer current if it has already been delivered.

Peaberry Studio is happy to assist you with a new order if it becomes lost due to incorrect address. For your inconvenience, a generous discount will be applied.

Refunds will not be issued due to wrong shipping addresses. Please notify Peaberry Studio as soon as you see there is an error in your address, we will do our best to help.

Lost and Stolen packages

Peaberry Studio is not responsible should your package be lost or stolen during shipment. Once the package has left our studio and is in the hands of USPS, the transaction is considered complete. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen items.

Should you decide to replace a lost or stolen item, please contact us and we may provide a discount for a replacement. We will do our best to help.

Refunds and exchanges

In most cases I am happy to issue a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact me first to discuss the matter so that we can resolve the issue.

In some cases, I cannot issue a refund. These include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Custom orders that include names, dates, material and color choices.
2. Items outside of the allowed return time period stated in the "Policies" section.
3. Sale items.
4. Digital downloads of any kind.
5. Orders that have been shipped, but not delivered as scheduled by the mail service.
6. Items shipped to the wrong address.

Again, please contact me with any questions regarding returns and exchanges.

Turnaround time and delivery deadlines

Turn around time for each item may vary. It may also vary during the time of year as the holiday season is much busier. If you have a set deadline, please message me first to make sure it can be met and I will do my best to accommodate. In some cases it may not be possible.

Peaberry Studio cannot guarantee delivery dates. USPS gives an estimate of delivery, but it is not always accurate. I will do my best to meet a deadline if it has been previously discussed, but if the mail is delayed, Peaberry Studio is not at fault. No refunds will be issued due to delivery delays as it is out of our hands.
