We strive to provide you with the highest quality items with that special handmade touch. You could say it's where fashion and practicality collide. We have a ball doing what we do, and we trust that will come through in the items we make for you.
Our turn around time at the moment is 4 - 6 weeks... some times more, some times less. This does not include vacations and holidays. Please get your orders in early so you will not be disappointed.
If you need an item quicker than our current turn around time there is a possibility we can offer rush service for an extra charge of $10.00. Send a conversation before you purchase to insure the rush service is available. I can only accommodate a certain number of rush orders at any one time. Please do not purchase and then send a conversation saying you need your item before my current turn around time.
During rush times like Back to School and Christmas, I will work longer hours to try and accommodate more orders. I'm very sorry that I cannot offer special designs during Back to School and Christmas due to the large amount of orders that I have. All other times of the year please feel free to inquire about a special design that you may have. Rush service will not be available during these times.
Every attempt is made to include the ribbon that is shown in our photos but at times availability is an issue. At these times the selections will be made by the crafter.
Please tell me when you want certain colors in tote bag orders. We cannot guarantee specific fabrics. Fabrics are discontinued all the time but we will do our best to get as close to the color and pattern as what is shown. Fabric choices will be at the discretion on the crafter.
Placement will vary slightly. Each bag is handmade and the placement of the design and name will vary slightly with each bag. We think this a a great thing and assures you a very unique bag that cannot be bought at a big box store.
Again, if you want something very specific about a design or name shown please include this in your notes when you order, otherwise, it will be at the discretion of the crafter. We want everyone to love their bag and have a great experience with The Prissy Petunia.

If you are paying through Paypal with an Echeck please be advised that your order will not be put in queue until your Echeck has cleared your bank.
Our packages are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Items over 13 ounces will ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our studio. If you would like to add insurance to your package please place this in the notes with your order.
International orders that owe duty and customs taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We declare the amount that was paid for the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items that we sent incorrectly.
Due to the nature of our products being custom made we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

CARING FOR YOUR HAND DECORATED ITEM
Since our items are hand decorated you will want to care for them with the following instructions.
Please wash only with cold water, using a mild detergent and hang to dry. Heat can damage the ribbon. Do not soak your item as this may damage the dots on the ribbon. You can fluff your bows after the washing. Please follow these instructions to keep your items looking good for a long time.
By purchasing items from The Prissy Petunia you agree not to hold us responsible for any mishaps that could occur with our products. Please supervise children when our hand decorated items are within their reach.
