The flask arrived on time and in great condition. Even had cute gift wrapping! They were very flexible as far as adding a customized name to the label. I would have given 5 stars easily but the label on the back side where it comes together was off-line by about an eighth of an inch. Just seemed a little sloppy. All else was great.
