Dawn is really nice in helping you get the right size bench that I needed I decided on the white cream color It icame very white not deseressed very much which I really wanted It does not really look like the picture of the item I ordered. Packing was very good it took me an hour to open it up ! I have not put it other yet as it came in pieces The legs and top has to be put together Dawn did put instructions on how to reassemble my bench Also in the box there are the necessary bolts to be put in to assemble the bench. All in all I like my bench so far just wish it could have looked more like the picture and be more distressed
