Welcome

Thanks for shopping at The Shabby Chic Cottage! I love hand made things and believe that they add character to a home like nothing else can. Each item is lovingly made here at our little cottage by the creek.

Payment

Payment must be completed upon purchase via Paypal. All Tennessee residents will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

We ship on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Insurance is not included in the predetermined shipping fee, but if you would like to add it, then I would be glad to edit the sale to include the cost of insurance. I highly suggest adding insurance for delicate packages. We ship via the United States Postal Service, most items ship First Class or Priority.

PLEASE be sure that your Etsy address is correct, that is the one we ship from. If you need to change your address, please let us know promptly.

Also take note that we do not include invoices with packages. If you need an invoice please add it in the buyer's notes.

Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to write accurate descriptions and produce clear photographs to depict our items. Be sure to see shipping policies about insurance notice.

We do not accept returns on merchandise - all sales are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Alchemy or custom orders require payment up front (including shipping).

All items that are hand made may have variances in color or finish, which builds upon the character of the piece.

Wholesale and larger orders are welcome - and will receive a discount if order meets minimum requirements.

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs, etc.
