We have seven glorious, 40-year-old producing pecan trees on our southern New Mexico property. We do not use pesticides on our crops. All irrigation is from Rio Grande River water, our own well water, and what little rain we may be blessed with here in the High Chihuahuan Desert..
Once shelled, our pecans are stored in bulk in a dedicated freezer, unlike store-bought nuts which often sit in warehouses and then on shelves for months. Once your order is received, we remove only the nuts for your order from the freezer and package them for mailing the next day.
