Custom and personalized orders

We gladly accept customized and personalized orders. With this being said absolutely no returns, exchanges, etc will be done with items that are custom. I.E, items with names, dates, custom sign orders for a listing that is not in our shop.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

Returns / Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges - there are some rare circumstances where an exchange will be allowed. If this happens the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (returning item & new item)

Cancellations:
We will gladly accept a cancellation, but you must message us within 12 (TWELVE) hours after purchasing your order. After the 12 hour allotted time limit we can only refund 70% of your order + the full ship cost paid due to the nature of our products. After orders are placed we begin the cutting process immediately & signs are then placed in line to paint. Thus the reason we have the 70% policy.If you have any questions on these policies just send us a message & we would be happy to help.

Damage during shipment / non - delivery / incorrect delivery address

1.Damage during shipment:
If you receive your order and the items are damaged you have 48 hours to contact us with the necessary documentation. We need 1 photo of the damaged product and 1 photo of the box that was damaged during shipment. We will then work with you to fix the issue.

2. Non - delivery / delivery address incorrect
If your item is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided you are responsible to correct the issue. I am not responsible for items that are sent to the wrong address. Please be sure to provide the right shipping address at checkout.

3. Once your item is dropped off at the post office I am no longer responsible. It is then USPS's job to get this item to you.

Knots / Blemishes / Imperfections

All of our signs may have knots / blemishes and imperfections in the wood. All of our signs are made from NATURAL WOOD - it is real wood, so please expect to receive real wood signs in your order. We will not refund, exchange, etc any orders for a knot or blemish in the wood.

All signs are painted - we do not use vinyl.

Frames are completely stained & only the FRONTS of our signs are painted - the backs are left unfinished.

Sitting signs on shelf / hanging on wall

ALL signs in our shop currently come with a sawtooth hanger already installed on the back. Some of our larger signs will require two hooks - we will install those as well for you. All signs are able to sit on a shelf and/or hang on a wall hence the sawtooth hanger.
