Finished items are dispatched within 3 working days wherever possible unless otherwise stated. Please contact me for shipping costs on furniture and larger items prior to purchase.
Payment by Paypal, cash or cheque is preferred. Clearance of cheques is required prior to dispatch of goods.
If $0.00 is listed in the shipping fee - please contact me for shipping costs stating your location. Quotes including any taxes, customs etc will be given as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
All pieces are finished to the highest standard, should you not be entirely happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receipt. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued on receipt of the item in the condition in which it was dispatched.
