Payment

Payment is due in full up front. Product will not ship until the order is paid for in full.

If you want to cancel your order please send a "conversation to seller" as soon as possible. A decision will be made after reviewing the circumstances involved in the request to return the item. Custom orders cannot be cancelled - if you feel that you have extenuating circumstances please contact me and we can discuss that.

Shipping

Items will usually be shipped via UPS. Express shipping will be extra.

Larger items will have to be packaged and priced accordingly; contact me for shipping cost.

I will combine and ship multiple items in one box if possible to save shipping costs. Purchases will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.

Please note that we (The Woodwork Man) are not responsible for any damage(s) incurred during the shipping process. If any damages do occur a claim should be filed with the shipping company.

In most cases the carrier will make three delivery attempts. After the third attempt at a failed delivery, the package(s) will be returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for any return, storage or redelivery fees associated with the shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you want to cancel your order please send a "conversation to seller" as soon as possible. Your case will be review accordingly. *Custom orders cannot be cancelled - if you feel that you have extenuating circumstances please contact me and we can discuss that.

For a refund (minus shipping), the item must be received back at my shop in the same condition as you received it. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please contact me before returning an item.

*Returning custom orders; in most cases custom made items can not be returned / refund.

**If you have received an incorrect item or the item you received is damaged when you receive it please send a "conversation to seller" with a description of the circumstances.
