Payment
I prefer PayPal. Your item will be shipped once payment is received. Please allow 7-10 days for all custom orders. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.
Shipping
All shipments will be mailed via the United States Postal Service. Items will be sent immediately once payment is received. If you need your items faster, please message me and I'll be glad to work out alternate methods of shipping.
Please note that I ship to Paypal Addresses, so if your address on Etsy does not match your address in paypal, I will ship to the PayPal address.
If you would like me to ship internationally, please feel free to contact me for rates prior to making your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase from Threads of Gray. Refunds and Exchanges will be handled on an individual basis. If there are any issues, please contact me immediately and we will resolve the matter.
