Welcome!

All the magic happens in a little townhouse with a postage-stamp yard. You'd be amazed what you can grow in a bitty yard, with proper motivation.

Payment

Payment is due within three days of purchase.

I prefer to use PayPal to ensure buyer and seller privacy and protection. It's possible to pay with your credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.

Shipping

Unless otherwise indicated, I will ship to your PayPal address. If you'd like it sent elsewhere, just let me know.

I ship via USPS first class mail, within 2-3 business days. When I've dropped your order in the mail, you'll receive an email from Paypal letting you know your tracking/delivery confirmation number. If there will be a delay in shipping, I'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know. I'm familiar with the agony of waiting for something to arrive. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, I can't take returns. I DO want you to be happy, though! If the item isn't what you were expecting, drop me an email or convo.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I wash all fabrics before sewing with them, so they are clean and won't shrink. None of the toys come into contact with my cats - you will get a pristine, brand new toy.

I'm happy to gift wrap any item upon request.

As with all pet toys, please use under supervision and apply common sense. When a toy gets ragged from being loved to death, please dispose of it.
